Shipping Information
Here at Aspire Toys, we aim to deliver your packages to you as soon as possible. This means that orders are final upon placing them, and things like order amendments, combining orders or changing delivery options are not allowed.
We currently do not offer express delivery.
For domestic orders within Australia and Singapore, expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days. Courier costs are stated at the check-out.
During peak seasons such as festive and sale periods, expect 6-10 business days for Standard Shipping.
Orders placed on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
A tracking number is provided for tracking orders.
We ship to most destinations around the world. There are some set up for flat rate shipping.
Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country’s port authorities (if applicable). You will be responsible for any charges they may add. We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country.
If you country isn’t setup for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to sales@aspiretoys.co and we can provide you with a quote.
Again, please remember customs and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Please note can take several weeks or more to arrive depending on location. Do email us the urgency of your parcel via email and we will find the quickest way to get it to you. You will get tracking notification as soon as it is shipped. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t got it.
If an international parcel is taking longer that it should, inform us in the first instance and we will follow up with the carrier. Please note we cannot resend packages UNTIL the carrier deems it LOST. It rarely happens, but when it does, we will lodge an enquiry and follow up until resolution.
