NDIS orders

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme that implement by an independent statutory agency called National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). It will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability.
The NDIS now supports over 500,000 Australians with disability to access the services and supports they need. This includes supporting approximately 80,000 children with developmental delay, ensuring they receive supports early so that they achieve the best outcomes throughout their lives.
As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life. NDIS gives all Australians peace of mind that if their child or loved one is born with or acquires a permanent and significant disability they will get the support they need. NDIS supports people with disability to build skills and capability so they can participate in the community and employment.
How to claim NDIS resources from Aspire Toys
Option A:
Proceed to the checkout and make your payment. A copy of your invoice will be emailed for you to claim directly with the NDIS.
Option B:
If you prefer to submit an invoice to be paid by the NDIS first, follow the instructions below:
- Add all items to your cart
- View your My Cart – top right hand corner, and then View Cart
- Click View Cart/ Checkout and Proceed to Checkout
- Complete billing and shipping information, make sure the name used is the name of the NDIS participant.
- Select NDIS (submit a quote request for NDIS orders) on the right of the Order Form.
- Your quote will be displayed and has been safely saved in our system, and a copy will be emailed to you instantly
- Email sales@aspiretoys.co with your Quote ID and the participant’s NDIS number and we will reply with a copy of your invoice to be paid. (Your order will be held until payment is received)
- Once you receive the funds from the NDIS, payment can be made with a credit card over the phone or via bank transfer using the invoice number as your reference.

- We will then process your invoice and submit it to your plan manager on your behalf
- Your order will be held until payment is received. Once payment is received we will process and send your order to you. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 14 days.
- Payment times will vary depending on your plan manager, your order will typically be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received
