You are required to pay postage to return the goods you would like to exchange, as well as postage for the new goods to be sent back to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be with its original tags/labels/packaging, and be unworn, unused and unwashed.

A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Exchange is not allowed for reasons like a change of mind or simply do not like the item.

All products under the following categories do not qualify for exchange:

• ‘SALE’
• Brushes of any kind including toothbrushes and Therapressure Brushes
• Cutlery and drinking items where the packaging has been opened
• Oral motor items including all chewable necklaces and bracelets, Z-Vibe tips and any other oral motor items where the packaging has been opened
• Purchased with a discount code
• Putty
• Vibes Earplugs
